Transmission manufacturer is proud to announce the addition of three new members

Rodger Olson was named product director where he will lead new product development for transmission applications in future performance vehicles.
Previously, Rodger was chief operating officer at Victory Automotive Group. During his 5-year tenure there, the group doubled in size to 30 franchise dealerships and 1600 employees. His background features significant experience in program management, including progressive positions at Ricardo USA, where he worked as senior engineer, fabrication and prototyping supervisor, vehicle engineering manager, and finally business manager – hybrid & electric vehicles.
Rodger has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan, where he is also LEO Lecturer at the Ross School of Business.
Tim Jacobson has been named commercial director, where he will lead the U.S.A. OEM commercial sales activity for TREMEC.
Tim has over 23 years’ experience in engine, transmission and drivetrain markets. He brings with him extensive sales management experience from New Venture Gear where he was responsible for transmission and transfer case sales to major OE’s. After that, Jacobson’s career advanced at BorgWarner, where he was senior account manager – with a 2 year ex-pat assignment in Japan to expand and manage global programs, then as global customer manager and senior sales manager. Most recently, Jacobson was director of sales for NSK-Warner USA, Inc.
He earned his BBA at the University of Michigan and his MBA at Wayne State University.
Jennifer Dahlgren was named head of advanced purchasing, where she will lead the procurement of materials, equipment and supplies.
Her background features significant experience in commodity buying, including progressive positions at ZF Friedrichshafen (Northville, MI) where she most recently was purchasing manager for the chassis components business unit.
Previously, Jennifer was responsible for sales of chassis components as account manager at Metaldyne, Plymouth, and account representative at Hayes Lemmerz International, Ferndale.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Wayne State University and is currently pursuing her MBA degree at Michigan State University.
