You collaborate with potential suppliers for the development of parts, from the early design phase till the final product launch. You work towards the best possible technical solution to meet the product requirements by means of calculations, simulations and tests.

As a Development Engineer, you drive the decision making by evaluating the technical solutions with various aspects such as efficiency, durability, feasibility, timing, risk and cost. About you:

Here’s what sets you up for success:

  • A master’s degree in mechanical, electro‑mechanical or automotive engineering
  • Several years of experience in mechanical component or system development
  • A hands‑on, pragmatic approach combined with analytical strength
  • A natural drive to explore complex technical topics and keep learning
  • The ability to move projects forward independently while collaborating closely with your team
  • Clear, structured and professional communication skills
  • Strong command of English; Dutch and/or Spanish are a bonus

If you enjoy working on innovative drivetrain technologies and want to make a real impact on how future vehicles perform, you’ll feel right at home here.
